Hosting and server log files
This website is a static HTML site without its own database. When you visit a page, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page visited, browser used) in so-called server log files. This processing serves the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation) and is automatically deleted or anonymized after a short period, unless the hosting provider specifies otherwise.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies and does not integrate analytics tools such as Google Analytics. No usage profiles are created.
Contact form
The contact form on our contact page sends your entries (name, email address, subject, message) via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to office@reinrohr.at. FormSubmit processes the data as a processor; the legal basis is responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in offering a working contact channel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not store the data for marketing. See also the FormSubmit privacy notes. The form can later be switched to Formspree via the data-formspree attribute.
If online delivery fails, the site falls back to opening your local email program (mailto). In that case the data only leave your device when you send the email yourself.
Embedded map (OpenStreetMap)
On our contact page, we embed a map from OpenStreetMap to help you find us. When the contact page loads, a connection to servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation is established, which may transfer your IP address to them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in user-friendly location display (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information is available in the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Links to Instagram
We link to our Instagram profile. This is a plain link only – no Instagram content is embedded and no data is transferred to Meta/Instagram unless you actively click the link. After clicking, Instagram's privacy policy applies.
